Writing guidance
- Aim for under 120 characters so the whole message shows without a "Read more".
- The magic link and every variable (names, savings figures) count toward that — check the preview.
- Too long? Split it into a short sequence of templates instead of one long message.
- Write in the first person as Nous speaking to the customer — "I", not "we" (unless a human is clearly speaking).
- Make it feel like Nous is taking the load: "I'm ready to finish this for you" over "I need you to do this".
- Don't begin or end with a variable. If a link must go last, append "#" (e.g. {{1}}#) — sparingly.
